- The association has permanent and honorary members (later – the association members).
- The register of the permanent members is conducted by the executive director
1.(2) Any individual who accepts the terms below, shares the declared goals of the association and participates in the activities of the association can become a permanent member of the association.
(3) Any person, who has had a special role in achieving the main goals of the association, is actively cooperating with the association, or has contributed to achieving the main goals of the association in any other form can become an honorary member of the association. The rights and responsibilities defined for the permanent member of the association do not extend to the honorary members of the association.
(4) The board of the association makes decisions about membership based on the written application from the individual willing to become a member. The membership issue is discussed by the board in a period of one month from the day the application was received.
(5) It is not permitted for one member to hand over the membership to another individual or pass it on through inheritance.
(6) The association member can be expelled from membership of the association if their activities contradict with the goals of the association and defame the name and honor of the association, as well as in case of the existence of the following reasons:
- In case of a violation of the interest of the association;
- If the membership fee is regularly not paid;
- In other cases defined by the law and by the association code
- Missing two consecutive joint meetings of the association without having a proper excuse can become a reason for terminating the membership of any member (the decision about the termination of the membership is made by the board with the majority vote of the attendees).
(8) The decision about expelling a member is made by the general meeting of the board. The expelled member has a right to appeal the decision in the court of law.
(9) The founders and the consequent members of the association enjoy equal rights.
