Board

The Board of the “Equality Movement” is represented by the following seven members:

Giorgi Kajaia – the chairman of the Board

Nino Khubuluri- a member of the Board

Nino Chelidze – a member of the Board

Nino Gogokhia – a member of the Board

Paata Sabelashvili- a member of the Board

Dani Darispanashvili- a member of the Board

David Mikheil Shubladze – a member of the Board

The board is entitled to:

1. a) Define the strategy and principles of the activity of the association in agreement with the executive director of the association;
2. b) elect the chairman of the association from among its members
3. c) Appoint the project directors presented by the executive director;
4. d) define the functions of the board members;
5. e) Define the functions and activity of the executive director;
6. f) accept future and honorary members of the association;
7. g) call a general meeting in cases defined by the association’s code;
8. h) establish societies and decide on the issue of partial participation in them, confirm the regulations of the established societies according to the rules defined by law;
9. i) Define the rights and scopes of leadership according to the code above;
10. j) Manage the property of the association;
11. k) Confirm the regular appointment units and the salary policies of the executive positions and employees of the association;
12. l) create branch offices, and confirm their statutes;
13. m) conduct the liquidation of the association;
14. n) confirm the association seal, stamp, titular page, logo, and samples of the membership card;
15. o) award the members of the association for their active involvement in the work of the association;
16. p) work out the association’s internal procedure, organize the work process, and oversee it;
17. q) conduct fundraising;
18. r) establish a committee, which will pick an executive director;
